What is the SMB Empowerment Program?
The SMB Empowerment Program is a global initiative by Draslaric Holding Group Corporation (DHGC) designed to uplift small and medium businesses through strategic investment, operational support, and access to international markets. By strengthening entrepreneurs and their ecosystems, DHGC not only accelerates growth but also fulfills its responsibility to foster sustainable, inclusive economic development.
A CSR-Driven InitiativeDelivered at no cost to selected SMBs, the program reflects DHGC’s belief that corporate success should create shared value. By absorbing the cost of advisory, investment readiness, and ecosystem support, DHGC ensures that promising businesses can focus fully on growth without financial barriers.

Our Initiatives
The SMB Empowerment Program is active in multiple regions. Each initiative applies the same seven approaches, tailored to the local market context.
🇺🇸 United States InitiativeLaunched in early 2024, the US initiative of the SMB Empowerment Program has already partnered with over 100 SMBs, primarily in retail, apparel, and footwear. Participants include both established regional players and family-owned businesses seeking to modernize and expand their reach. The Program applies all seven approaches, adapting to each company’s needs. Many SMBs have advanced through Market Positioning & Brand Development and Leadership & Talent Development, while others have benefited from Collaborative Manufacturing Partnerships and early-stage advisory. DHGC works directly with founders to structure tailored support, ensuring each business receives the right combination of guidance, capital access, and operational input. To date, more than 20 SMBs have successfully expanded their sales beyond the United States, while over 60 SMBs achieved measurable growth in domestic sales. Outcomes range from stronger brand positioning and improved leadership practices to expanded distribution channels. A key milestone has been the development of a pending co-patent with one participating SMB on a sustainable material composition, designed to reduce US manufacturing costs. This initiative is run directly by DHGC, ensuring close oversight and alignment with the corporation’s global standards. It has also reached SMBs across multiple states, reflecting the nationwide scope of DHGC’s mission. The initiative was recently refreshed in its approach, designated internally as “version 2”, while continuing its commitment to deliver long-term, scalable growth.
🇮🇩 Mitra Maju UMKMThe Indonesian initiative, branded locally as Mitra Maju UMKM, officially commenced in August 2025 with the first appointment of a program aggregator, working in close collaboration with DHGC’s Indonesia team. The model is intentionally non-exclusive, enabling DHGC to engage with multiple aggregators over time to broaden outreach and create diverse pathways for participation. The initiative focuses on traditional crafts, sustainable fashion, and modernized traditional wear. It combines DHGC’s global framework with a strong local emphasis, ensuring both relevance and long-term sustainability. All seven approaches of the Program are applied with a strong commitment to local resources and supply chains. For raw materials, the initiative commits to 100% local sourcing wherever possible. When alternatives are unavailable, DHGC engages in R&D partnerships with SMBs, fully funding the process to create innovative solutions that reduce dependency on imports. The initiative also reflects a strategic social mission: bridging market knowledge gaps, strengthening global readiness, and supporting domestic advancement. Many Indonesian UMKM face barriers in scaling beyond local markets due to limited exposure, resources, and networks. By combining international expertise with local strengths, DHGC aims to empower business owners to think beyond domestic boundaries while also reinforcing their position within Indonesia.Indonesia was chosen as a launchpad after years of market observation, recognizing both the tremendous potential of its UMKM sector and the unique challenges it faces. This initiative demonstrates DHGC’s long-term commitment to inclusive growth, while serving as a model for expansion into other emerging markets in the future.
